By accessing or using dfwhomeprotection.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, including prospective customers and referral partners.

DFW Home Protection ("we," "us," or "our") operates as an independent installer under Impulse Alarm LLC and installs Brinks Home™-monitored security systems for customers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Through this Site, we offer home security and monitoring referral coordination, connecting insurance agent partners with DFW Home Protection so their clients can purchase and install monitored security systems. The Site lets customers build and request a security system and lets insurance agents submit client referrals and request partnership.

We operate as an independent installer under Impulse Alarm LLC and install Brinks Home™-monitored security systems. Brinks Home™ is a trademark of Brinks Home Security. Monitoring services are provided by Brinks Home's central station under applicable license agreements.

When using this Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information about yourself and, where applicable, your clients
• Use the Site and any referral links only for their intended, lawful purpose
• Not misrepresent our services, pricing, or your affiliation with DFW Home Protection or Brinks Home™
• Obtain any consent needed before sharing a client's contact information with us
• Comply with all applicable laws, including those governing insurance referrals and solicitation

Our referral program lets insurance agents and other partners refer prospective customers to DFW Home Protection. The following terms apply to participation:

• Voluntary participation. Participation in the referral program is entirely voluntary and creates no employment, agency, or partnership relationship beyond the referral arrangement described here.
• Payouts contingent on completed installs. Any referral payout is earned only when a referred customer's system is signed and professionally installed. No payout is owed for referrals that do not result in a completed installation, or that are cancelled, refunded, or otherwise not finalized.
• Payout timing and amount. The specific payout amount and timing are confirmed directly with each partner during onboarding and may be adjusted at our discretion. Payout details are not published on this Site.
• Program changes. DFW Home Protection reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the referral program, including payout terms, at any time. We will honor terms already earned for referrals completed before a change takes effect.
• Eligibility. We may decline or revoke partner status for any partner who violates these terms or applicable law.

The Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site being uninterrupted, error-free, or that any security system, installation, or monitoring service will meet your expectations. Equipment, monitoring, and installation are provided under separate agreements with Brinks Home™ and its installers, whose terms govern those services.

A security system and any related insurance discount do not guarantee a specific insurance outcome. Insurance discounts are determined by your insurance carrier, and we make no representation that any discount will apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DFW Home Protection and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or referrals, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the referral program. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to the amount, if any, we have paid you under the referral program in the prior six months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
